In my view, for a healthy marriage you need a healthy person. Paul, I'm surprised how healthy and fit you are; despite the amount of Budweiser you seem to guzzle. No, I do think a healthy person equals a healthy marriage. Take my old Grandma, when she turned 60, she gave up smoking and drinking and started walking five miles a day. She’s 97 today and only God knows where the hell she is.

Marriage should be like supporting a football team: sometimes happy, sometimes sad, but always exciting for about 3 hours on Sunday!
